6 Pounds Of Brisket

So yesterday I smoked, grilled and, I guess, roasted 6 pounds of beef brisket. Yum!

First the rub:

Then smoking and grilling for 3 hours:

Then some sauce:

Then four hours in the oven:

Then a little time to sit:

Then dinner!
