I couldn't download my cartoon. What now?
If you have an account and could not immediately download your cartoon, please return to your account, click on ORDER HISTORY, click on your Active order, and download the cartoon(s).
If you do not have an account, and were not able to download your cartoon(s), please contact me and I'll email it right over.
What's with (insert website technical issue here)?
If you're having a problem with the site, please contact me and tell me the following:
- Either a description of the problem (email cartoon, RSS feed, etc...), or the problem URL
- Your computer type (PC or Mac)
- Your operating system (Windows XP, OS X Tiger, etc...)
- The browser you're using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc...)
Without that information I cannot begin to address any website issues.
